sweet magic of metaphorical work, this one put my mind right there with the author..perfect.
The title was off-putting at first… I’m glad ‘Saw’ is an unconventional haiku about one man’s conflict with nature, and not about that gawd awful series of movies.
I prefer this to the latest from Mr. Defcon, ‘An Old Kentucky Goat’. “Brevity is the soul of wit” – unlike this comment.
