OBSCURITY
OBSCURITY
by Marc Carver
It came on the tv
that a film director had died
Great guy they all said on twitter.
I turned to her and said
one day they will say that about me.
She didn’t say anything
and i am fairly sure they will say nothing about me
There is no one to say anythiing
Marc Carver has a challenge to emerge from obscurity to
a totalism of expectation.
The woman in the poem missed her cue– “Hell yeah babe! Film fans and even critics will mourn you like the dying of a bright star!” I’d turn that bitch over your knee and spank her ass red, maybe then she’ll say something.
